Photography by ShotbyJM. is committed to your privacy. Information collected from clients in person, over the phone, and in emails are strictly confidential. We will not sell or exchange names or any other personally identifiable information about our clients with third parties, and work to ensure your personal information is secure at all times. We fully understand that some clients want to remain anonymous due to their job or personal life.
ShotbyJM. reserves the right to use any images or custom created artwork for display, publication, studio marketing, or other promotional purposes.

- ALL DEPOSITS FOR ALL PHOTOSHOOTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

- LATE FEE IS $25 ( EVERY 10 MINUTES LATE)

- NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS UNLESS CONFIRMED WITH ME PERSONALLY

- ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CONFIRMED THE MORNING OF

- $50 rescheduling fee if you do not reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment

- All Lifestyle, BTS and Night Life Events edits take 2-3 days from the moment you return your choices. ( Unless same day is added on )

- All Studio edits take 7-14 days from the moment you return your choices. This includes Hotel Shoots. ( Unless an expedited fee is added on )

- Final payment is due in Cash…( Zelle along with Cashapp is accepted but taxes will be added on )

- Same day edits for Studio Shoots and Hotel Shoots are an extra $200 fee and will be done within 8 hours of sending ( yes, same day as photoshoot) and it only applies to the person who photoshoot is for

- Next day edits for Lifestyle, BTS and Night Life Events are an extra $75 fee and will be done within 24 hours of sending ( not same day as photoshoot ) and it only applies to the person who photoshoot is for

- Travel fee may apply depending on location
